How to use the chat

• Ask about brands, vitolas (e.g. “robusto”), ring (e.g. “ring 40”), or paste your order reference (e.g. “AB12CD34”).
• Email Enter your EMAIL to see the status of your orders You will be able to see your last 4 orders.
• Orders Enter your reference (8–20 characters) or numeric order ID to see the status. If it’s shipped, you’ll get the tracking link.
• Products Ask by brand (“Cohiba”), vitola (“robusto”) or ring (“ring 40”). We’ll suggest items currently available in the store.
• Policies Type delivery / shipping / returns / taxes to get the right info or direct links.
